Job Description





The Training Coordinator is an entry-level position for someone who seeks to build a career in the field of learning & development. Responsibilities include learning platform and user management, answering email inquiries, facilitating virtual events and coordinating live events like our annual company-wide Hackathon. The comScore L&D team is a small but mighty team that provides scalable enterprise solutions to employees around the globe. Each team member has a unique role, and this newly-created training coordinator position plays a critical part in the teams success. This is an entry-level position for someone who seeks to build a career in the field of learning & development


  • Coordinating logistics for live events including facilitators, participants, materials, meeting space, meals, contracts, and invoicing

  • Coordinating logistics for virtual events in time zones around the globe including facilitators, participants, materials, WebEx facilitation, contracts and invoicing

  • Administering the LMS including content, user management, employee certifications, and compliance

  • Managing L&D inboxes

  • Coordinating requests for vendor services with existing partnerships

  • Coordinating translation services for globally-administered content

  • Coordinating logistics for company-wide Hackathon

  • Supporting HR team with intern and college hire programs

  • Testing the functionality of elearning resources


  • Attends to details and is hyper-organized

  • Ability to anticipate the needs of internal clients

  • Seeks ways to surprise and delight learners

  • Exhibits grace under pressure

  • Pivots fluidly from one task to another

  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to learning & development preferred

  • 0-2 years related work experience

  • Facilitate virtual events in time zones that fall outside the standard workday

  • Less Than 5% Travel
